Our specialized experience in this area includes many additions, restorations and renovation projects involving partial and/or total rehabilitation. These social service buildings included multiple programs. We worked closely with each facility director and program director to determine their needs. We assessed what functions could be shared effectively. The clients expressed their needs for adjacencies, room sizes, views and security. We took thorough notes, summarized and reviewed the results with client before proceeding further.
